Jacob Henn

History
Jacob graduated from Wilson High School in 1996. He then attended Penn State University where he received a bachelor of science in Kinesiology with a Medical Emphasis in 2003. He participated in water polo swimming, volleyball, and continued volleyball at a collegiate level.
Training Philosophy
“The only thing standing in the way of your goal is you. With drive and perseverance anything is possible."
Interests / Other activities
Jacob’s interests include baseball, volleyball, football, motorcycling, and skiing

Tanya Winters

History
Tanya grew up in Berks County, where she attended Governor Mifflin high school. She graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Science. While at West Chester, Tanya competed in track and field where she placed 11th in the nation in the Heptathlon. She also was the captain of her volleyball team and holds the record for most career kills.
Training Philosophy
“Don’t procrastinate. Don’t tell yourself you’ll work out tomorrow, because tomorrow will turn into two days, and two days will turn into a week.”
Interests / Other activities
Tanya enjoys running, skiing, reading, traveling, swimming,
biking, playing volleyball, and practicing yoga. She also
coaches volleyball as well as track.
Goals
Tanya’s goals include broadening her participation in other sports to give her a wider window of expertise, and continuing her education in the health field.

Nate Seager

Nate grew up in Myerstown, PA where he attended ELCO High school. He played on the soccer and baseball teams. He continued his education at Slippery Rock University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.

Interests / Other activities
Nate’s interests include golf, soccer, strength & performance training, the beach, music, tennis, wake boarding, baseball, basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
Goals
To help people of all ages improve their quality of life. “Whether it is for sport or just activities of daily living, I want everyone I train to reach their full potential and learn to have fun doing it.”

Lindsay Rothenberger

History
Lindsay grew up in Fleetwood, PA and attended Oley Valley High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Recreation Studies from Ohio University in 2006. Lindsay played field hockey for Oley Valley High School and continued field hockey through college where she captained the Division I Ohio University team.
Training Philosophy
“Exercise doesn’t need to be complex, it needs to be entertaining.”
Interests / Other activities
Lindsay’s interests include running, coaching and playing field hockey, tennis, fashion, and shopping. Lindsay also really enjoys her down time with her friends and family.
Goals
Lindsay wants to focus on getting people comfortable with the transition to an exercise atmosphere by making exercise a pleasurable component of their day.

Brandon Koch

History
Brandon grew up in Schuylkill County where he graduated from
Tamaqua High School in 2006. He then attended Penn State
University where he received a Bachelor of Science in
Kinesiology. He participated in soccer and developed an
interest in strength training and sports conditioning while
in high school. Apart from personal training, Brandon also
works for Commonwealth Orthopaedic Assoc. as a Physical
Therapy Technician.

“Any goal is achievable with commitment, patience and
consistency in your training.”
Interests / Other activities
Brandon’s interests include strength training, soccer,
football, fishing and riding dirt bikes.
Goals
To help every client reach their fitness goals through a
properly implemented training program while addressing
necessary lifestyle changes needed for success. I would also
like to help my clients realize the physical and
psychological benefits of making exercise a permanent part
of their lifestyle.

Lisa is a graduate from Wilson High School and Penn State
University where she received a degree in Marketing. Her
emphasis has always been on Health and
Fitness and has participated in Tennis, Field Hockey and
Basketball. The thrill of competition keeps her involved in
adventure racing and triathlons.

Lisa’s interests include running, biking, tennis, golfing,

Susan Eshelman

History
Susan grew up in Berks County and graduated from Wilson High
School. She continued her education at Penn State University
where she received a degree in Kinesiology. While at Penn
State she worked in the Student Fitness Assessment Center
analyzing and testing members fitness levels. Susan also
works for Berks Hematology Oncology Associates.
Training Philosophy
“Exercise is a way of life and enhances your physical and
mental well being. Through training, a person can become fit
and healthy while creating a confident attitude.”
Interests / Other activities
Susan’s interests include yoga, baseball, pilates,
traveling, music and spending time with family and friends.

My goal is to help individuals enjoy and maintain a healthy
lifestyle while implementing exercises that bring them
closer to their goals.

Brian Beddow

History
Brian was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. After attending
the University of Baltimore, he moved to the Washington D.C.
area and became the Wellness
Director of the National Institutes of Health. Brian has
been living in
Pennsylvania for the last 15 years. He has been an athlete
all his life: playing youth sports, junior college baseball
and soccer and in adult sports leagues.
Training Philosophy
“Educating clients so they understand how to incorporate
healthy nutrition principles with safe and effective
exercise programs. I enjoy working with clients that are
ready to work hard and reach their potential.”
Interests / Other activities
I enjoy muscle cars, riding motorcycles, hunting, cooking,
hiking, camping, traveling, exercising, being a personal
trainer, and being the proud parent of three children. I’m a
Baltimore Orioles, Ravens, and Maryland Terrapin fan.
Goals
Teaching people the key to lifelong wellness is regular
exercise, sound nutrition, and a positive attitude.

History
Mark graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2004,
where he played on the basketball team and participated in
volleyball club. Mark received an Associates degree in the
Physical Fitness Specialist program at Pennsylvania College
of Technology in 2008, and a Bachelor of Science in
Kinesiology at Penn State University in 2011.
Training Philosophy
“Success in an exercise program depends on your ability to
stay motivated and commit 100% effort to the program
–embrace it and enjoy yourself. Adhere to a program’s
schedule – consistency is key; missing sessions can reduce
the effectiveness of a training program. Achieve your goals
– no goal is too little or too large; with hard work and
dedication any goal is achievable.”

Mark enjoys playing all sports, rock climbing, snowboarding,
swimming, kayaking, biking, and hiking.
