Date:  September 14-October 28
Time:  Tuesdays & Thursdays:  5:30-6:20pm
Cost:  $90 (add Aquatic training for $8/25-minute session)

Youth Cross Training

Don't let your child become inactive this winter!  Body Zone has developed a special program for children between the ages of 7 and 12 to stay active all winter long.  And best of all you can work out while your child works out!  Please pre-register with Jacob Henn prior to start. 

Date:  Mondays & Wednesdays beginning October 4th
Time:  5:30-6:20pm
Ages:  7-12
Cost:  $5/child (parent is a member); $8/child (non-member parent)
Parents must be in the building while class is in session!  When class is over, member's child may stay in Kid Zone until the parent is ready.  

•  S.P.R.I.N.T.

An athlete doesn't just improve in sports by practicing the skills involved.  The skills required to play a sport are dependent on the physical attributes of the player. 

Body Zone's Sports Conditioning will improve your attributes and in turn your potential to excel in your sport.  Check out our S.P.R.I.N.T. program and see how your athlete can benefit!


•  TRX Training

TRX is a total body workout. Body Zone trainers will take you through an intense 30-50 minute training session that includes TRX suspension training, plyometrics, interval training, cardio and more. Watch your body become strong and lean.
