Fitness is more fun when you exercise with friends.
Our GroupX program at Body Zone offers more than
20 different fitness classes. Sessions are offered
7 days a week, so there’s sure to be a class time
to fit your schedule.
The main focus of this program will be not just teaching
Karate to the students, but to encourage the students to have
self-discipline, so they may achieve the goals they set for
themselves. They will also be taught to build superior
concentration for good grades & work habits, courage & patience
to handle life's constant challenges, the inner strength to say
"no" to peer pressure, confidence & self-esteem to walk proud
and be who they are, and provide a friendly, fun & safe form of
physical fitness to help excel at sports and to just feel
healthy!
Each student will be required to exhibit courtesy, respect & a
positive attitude in everything they do to help build a fun and
friendly atmosphere for each individual's personal growth.

BODYFLOW
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and
strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured
series of stretches, moves and poses to music creates a holistic
workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and
balance.
BODYPUMP
It’s the fastest way in the universe to get in shape. Body Pump is a strength and endurance weight training class, using barbells, where muscle and music collide. It’s low on complexity and high on fun!
Cardio Fusion
Tough but basic movements designed to push you through a variety of intense drills and cardio work guaranteed to wear you out. This simple approach to exercise is a great choice when you are short on time.
Cardio Groove
Dance and athletic moves are combined to bring you fresh choreography complete with a grand finale.
Cycle & Core
This class combines a ½ hour cycle class with 15 minutes of core conditioning in the main studio. It’s the perfect combination for anyone looking to develop a strong, stable and functional body.
Cycle & Corepole
Combines 30 minutes of studio cycling followed by 30 minutes of Corepole and additional drill-work.
Cycle n’ Sculpt
30 minutes of studio cycling followed by 30 minutes of additional sculpting utilizing any tools that the instructor wishes to include.
Down Under
Includes intense drills of cardio and plyometrics for the entire body. Increase your lower body power as you play on steps and BOSU’s.
Fat Burner Fusion
Takes place on the step and/or floor and involves participants moving while holding 1 lb. weights. It may not sound challenging but see the difference it makes when you add a little weight to the end of your arms. The choreography stays simple and fun, but you will sweat.
Fitness Fusion
This is a great workout for any fitness level. The entry-level class will use cardio, sculpting, and core-based exercises to challenge you.
Flow & Tone
A beautiful fusion of standing ballet, yoga, Pilates and traditional fitness moves. Techniques that give dancers their sleek and strong body will benefit you through improved balance, core strength and posture.
Pilates I
A series of flowing exercises focusing on the development of core strength. This is a basic mat class introducing the fundamentals of Pilates – great for newcomers or those who want to refresh their Pilates principles.
Pilates II
It’s a more challenging mat class that uses Pilates’ tools to create a more challenging and invigorating workout. This class progresses at a more dynamic pace than Pilates I. Attendance at a Level I class is recommended before progressing to this format.
Pilates in Motion
Pilates and yoga inspired movement with the added dimension of having to execute many of the movements from a standing position, further developing the skills of balance and stability.
Pilates on the Ball
A challenging Pilates class that integrates traditional core work and fundamental Pilates but moved onto the ball to deliver a challenging workout. This class is great for those who want to give some extra focus to the powerhouse core and those who want to expand their mastery of Pilates’ principles.
Power Yoga
Yoga based on the Ashtanga yoga school that builds inner strength, focused mind, lean body and intense flexibility. Yoga Basics is recommended before progressing to this more intense yoga class.
Salsa Dance
Join International World Salsa Champion instructor Wanda Holdren as she leads the class through various styles of Latin Dance. Wanda presents dance moves in a real soup-to-nuts fashion so anyone can learn. Please, no stilettos; gym sneakers only! Partners welcome, but not required.
Step Fusion
Step moves and floor moves, athletic drills and some toning all come together to create one solid, easy to learn format.
Step Works
Traditional step moves integrated with athleticism and attitude. Abdominal work completes this hour of platform power.
Stepstruck
This class is an intermediate/advanced cardio step workout including plenty of fresh choreography to keep you alert and on your feet. Traditional step moves blend with dance and athletic moves to create a whole new feeling on the step every time.
Studio Cycling
A cardio workout performed on a stationary cycle based on sound cycling principles. Classes are technique and real terrain-based and focus on cadence, heart rate zones, sport specific drills, climbs and sprints creating an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
New participants should feel free to schedule some one on one time with Group X director Sue Jemison to understand bike set-up and technique.
TNT
Tone and tighten every muscle in this comprehensive sculpting class. It’s dynamite!
Vinyasa Flow
Expect to gain more flexibility and over-all body strength while reducing internal stress levels. From balancing postures to core strengthening, Vinyasa yoga is a great way to start or end each day. You will leave feeling both physically and mentally rejuvenated.
Yoga Basics
This is a basic yoga class for the person new to yoga.
