What it is:

An exercise contest between the Body Zone personal training staff and members. Members can win cash by beating Body Zone's trainers at their own exercises.

Here's how it works:
Body Zone's trainers will perform different exercises and post their results as the benchmark on the Beat The Trainer board to the left of the drink refrigerators in the wellness center.
Members will pay $1 to try and beat the trainer at any of the posted exercises (with a personal trainer as witness) and their results will also be posted on the board. Every member that beats the trainer's benchmark is eligible to win the pot but the winner takes all! The more members enter, the more the pot grows.

More details:
Members may enter as many times as they like. A trainer or other staff member must witness member's performance for it to count.

For more information, please contact any Body Zone personal trainer.

SPRINT Philosophy: To develop the athlete in a dynamic environment while incorporating aspects of actual game situations.

SPRINT focuses on the speed, power and agility of the athlete and translates these characteristics into proven results.

Participants will also receive nutritional information geared toward the active athlete.  This component is an excellent tool for parents that adds immediate and long-term value.
