Body Zone has two indoor synthetic grass playing fields, two ice
rinks, a basketball court and a 25-yard six-lane swimming pool available to
hold tournaments. We also hold tournaments outdoors at the Berks
County Youth Recreational Facility.

Beat the Heat – June 30 & July 1, 2012
This fun and highly-competitive outdoor tournament for boys and
girls will be conducted at the Berks County Youth Recreational
Facility. In addition to competing against the very best lacrosse
players from throughout the region, participants will also take
advantage of fun social and recreational activities planned for the
Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex.

Our 3v3 cross ice format means fast-paced hockey that’s abundant
with opportunities for all players. Handle the puck more, pass the
puck more, shoot the puck more and stop the puck more all while
battling to advance.
