Boys lacrosse camps will cover the basics of the game including catching, throwing, shooting, dodging and how to apply these techniques in a team offensive set. Defensively players will develop body position, stick checks, slides and defensive team tactics. The group will work together on team concepts such as face offs, man up offense and man down defense in controlled game situations.
Girls Beginner/First Year players
Camp:
Campers will learn the basic skills of girls’ lacrosse, such as
cradling, scooping ground balls, catching, and throwing. The last
few days of camp will focus on basic attack, defense, and
game-specific concepts
Girls Intermediate/Advanced
Camp:
Campers will learn specific skills designed for offensive play, such
as dodging, shooting, and ball movement, as well as defensive play,

last few days of camp will focus on game-like situations, for

how to capitalize on and defend the fast break, and goalie clears.
