The Girl's Lacrosse Academy at Body Zone offers the complete lacrosse experience! Learn how to play the game or jump into a clinic that grows your skills. Become a better coach or participate in a league (yes, we have them for adults too!). Programs include instructional clinics, camps, coaching seminars, elite teams and leagues available year-round, using our 2 state-of-the-art indoor fields and our outdoor venue too.
