Two turf fields and a basketball/volleyball court anchor Body Zone’s state of the art indoor sports department.  Whether you’re a parent looking to get your tot into action, a scholastic athlete ready to compete, or an adult looking to play in a league with friends, Body Zone has a program for you.

Our unique clinics and learn to play programs make all
sports an option for everyone.  For the soccer enthusiasts we offer leagues for all ages and abilities year round, as
well as our Body Zone Soccer Institute.  Basketball and lacrosse are also offered in both a league and a learn to
play format.  Don’t forget about our flag football leagues, open volleyball, and sports camps too!
