player development program for girls in grades 4-12.
BZ Elite teams are comprised of the area’s premier players through a tryout process.
Throughout the year, BZ Elite players experience the best in coaching, training and competition.
BZ Elite coaching staff is knowledgeable, detail oriented and committed to developing lacrosse players of all ages. The development of fundamentals is stressed as players strive to reach the next level in their playing career.
BZ Elite athletes train in a superior environment with access to Body Zone’s state-of-the art wellness, aquatic and training centers.
Players participate in a variety of tournaments against some of the best competition on the East Coast providing excellent experience and visibility for players seeking to take their game to the next level.
