Power Skating Clinic

Skating is the most important part of hockey and needs to be worked on continuously.  Our clinic will be geared towards proper technique, good hockey position & POWER!  We will teach players how to lengthen and how to get maximum power out of each stride.  Edgework will be another focus as we push players outside of their comfort zone to become better athletes.

Checking/Angling Clinic

Checking is an important part of the game but players often get caught up in throwing the "big hit."  Angling is most important, we will teach players to steer opponents where they want them to go.  Players will learn the proper way to separate the man from the puck and create a turnover.  Not only will players learn how to throw a check but, learn the proper way to do so.  We will emphasize good skating and checking techniques.  Students must be fully equipped with mouth guards.
