Body Zone offers ice hockey leagues for both youth and adults throughout the year, as well as times for open hockey when you just feel the urge to get out and play. Full equipment is required to play in all leagues.

Open hockey is offered year round allowing anyone from the professional to the novice the ability to hone their hockey skills.  Several time slots are offered throughout the week to accommodate even the busiest schedule.
