Skating lessons are a great way to learn the basic elements of ice skating while getting fit and having fun. Our Learn to Skate program is designed in conjunction with the United States Figure Skating Basic Skills program and is for all ages and abilities. It’s fun, challenging and rewarding whether your goal is to simply improve existing skills, move on to competitive figure skating, or join a hockey league.

Students are grouped according to age and ability, starting at age three. Helmets (bicycle, ski or ice hockey) are required for skaters under seven. Loose fitting, warm clothes and gloves are recommended. The program runs in six or eight-week sessions and skaters may join sessions already in progress.
