Adult Hockey Instructional League
Ice hockey instructional league is a 10-week session designed for
adult players who are looking to improve power skating, puck handling,
passing and shooting skills as well as overall hockey knowledge.
Individual sessions will focus on 30 to 45 minutes of instruction
followed by 45 to 60 minutes of scrimmage time. Instructional league
play is a great way for coaches and parents to improve their
knowledge of the game.
