Pool Ladies AquaXAquaX is Body Zone’s swimming pool-based group exercise program for all ages. Classes are available seven days a week so there’s bound to be a time to fit your schedule.

Aqua Fit
This is a moderate to intense cardio,
calorie-burning and toning class for all levels of fitness using the deep end of the pool. Participants have the option to use aqua joggers for buoyancy while learning to isolate core muscles and improve stability.

Aqua Fusion
Based on high intensity cardio, recovery and resistance interval training, it’s for all levels of fitness. Participants are guaranteed a total body workout.

Aqua Interval and Circuit Training
Combines cardio and muscle conditioning in an interval setting and uses the shallow and deep ends of the pool. Each cardio segment is followed by a muscle conditioning segment ending with an abdominal workout. For all levels of fitness.

Deep Divide
For all levels of fitness, this class is divided into segments: deep, shallow, and everything in between. Enjoy one or all of the segments, it’s your decision.

Deep H2O Cardio
Designed to increase cardio fitness and muscle tone with no impact on the joints, thanks to the use of aqua joggers. For all levels of fitness.

HART (Hydro Aerobic Rigorous Training)
It’s a low impact/high energy shallow water workout for all levels of fitness. Increases cardiovascular endurance and strengthens and tones the entire body.

Senior Splash
A 45 minute class designed especially for our over-55 members. Basic cardio and strength moves allow you to work at your own pace. For beginners and all fitness levels.

Splash and Tone
This shallow water class is refreshing and effective – you won’t even get your hair wet! Participants will improve flexibility and muscle tone with less stress on joints in a low impact environment. For all levels of fitness.

Water Walking
Designed to help with the discomfort of arthritis, participants get fit by walking through the shallow water while using upper and lower muscle groups to improve tone and flexibility. For beginners and all levels of fitness.
