Our fitness professionals are well
versed in the application of specific exercise on sport movement and
movement acceleration.
For an athlete to reach full
potential, maximum power and efficiency must be translated to
specific movement patterns. Our product will educate the
athlete and bring their performance to the next level.
Team Sports Conditioning
Play as a team, work as
a team, train as a team
- Minimum of 10 athletes
- 1-2 sessions per week for no
less than 10 sessions
- For any level team sport

Typical sessions include:
- Dynamic stretching and core
strengthening
- Balance and reactive drills
- Fundamental compound strength
exercises
- Power stabilization techniques
and plyometrics
- Endurance and agility drills

Small Group Sports
Conditioning
- Member Package:
$100
- Non-Member Package: $130
Sessions start as soon as a group of three to five is set then
runs 4 weeks, 2 times a week at set times.
Groups can range from 3-5 people
There are no cancellations or rescheduling
Non-members may only use the facility during their session

available...One-on-One Sports Conditioning
Individual
training sessions are also available. Sessions are set up
on a weekly basis and range from $25-65/session depending on
sessions length, package size and experience level of fitness
professional. A Body Zone membership is required for
one-on-one training.
