Body Zone has created the region's most comprehensive, year round, soccer learning center for players and coaches of all ages and abilities.  The Institute utilizes Body Zone's state-of-the-art facility throughout all aspects of the progressive curriculum-based instructional academy including:  classrooms, soccer visuals, speed, strength and fitness, developmental equipment, and two spacious turf soccer fields. 

These instructional soccer programs are designed for players between the ages of 5 and 12, with an emphasis on age appropriate player development activities.  The Soccer Institute offers coaching education for both new and experienced coaches.  The philosophy of the Institute is to provide all participants with a first-class professional setting with an emphasis on technical, tactical, physical and psychological development, while having fun.
